ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
You may return a new, unopened moon bars in the original packaging within 15 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding any original shipping charges.
You may return a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival within 15 days of receipt for a full refund, including any original shipping costs.
You can return a product for which you accidentally ordered the wrong size within 15 days of receipt, provided it is unworn and in the original packaging. We will issue a full refund of your purchase price, excluding any original shipping charges. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Items are not eligible for refund or exchange
-Products that have been opened or half eaten.
-products missing parts or original packaging.
-products that have been damaged due to misuse or neglect.
-Clearance items or products sold “as-is”.
-Partial refunds
If a product is returned incomplete (missing parts), a partial refund may be issued based on the value of the missing item(s).
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the specified returns window at contact@moonchocolatebarsonline.com
We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the product.
You are responsible for packaging the bicycle securely and returning it to us via a trackable shipping method. Keep the tracking information for your records.
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 4 business days.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
It will take ten business days for your bank to process the refund.
EXTRA INFORMATION
